The User Agreement
To set up an account and be a member of vicina.info, you agree that you will not do any of the following bad things:
- violate any laws;
- be false or misleading;
- infringe any third-party right;
- distribute or contain spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;
- distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm vicina.info or the interests or property of vicina.info users;
- impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interfere with the proper working of vicina.info;
- copy, modify, or distribute any other persons content;
- harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent;
- bypass measures used to prevent or restrict access to vicina.info.
The Article Submission Agreement
All messages posted at vicina.info express the views of the message author and do not necessarily reflect the views of the owners and administrators of vicina.info.
By registering at vicina.info you agree not to post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, or that violate any laws. We will permanently ban all users who do so.
We reserve the right to remove, edit, or move any messages for any reason.
You are encouraged to post just about any interesting, meaningful information about life, events and people. Meanwhile, you are asked to respect the rights and feelings of others by following these guidelines when you submit an article:
- Your submission, text and images, must be your original work. You assert that the information and pictures you contribute are your own, are licensed to be uploaded and downloaded by other participants, are in the public domain, or are otherwise free of copyright or other restrictions.
- You are fully accountable for the content.
- The content of your submission is not unlawful, pornographic, defamatory, libelous, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or invasive of anothers privacy, or harms minors in any way.
- The content doesn't harass, degrade, intimidate or isn't hateful toward an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability.
- You don't falsely claim your submission to be submitted by another person or entity, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with another person or entity.
- Your submission doesn't include personal or identifying information about another person, or uses the name or likeness of another person for commercial purposes, without that persons explicit consent.
- Your submission doesn't infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party, or Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships.
- The content isn't false, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, deceitful, misinformative.
- The content doesn't constitutes or contains unsolicited commercial advertisement.
- By adding any material to vicina.info, you grant us an irrevocable, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to redistribute or republish the information in any medium or form.
This list is not exhaustive. We reserve the right to remove any content posted on vicina.info and or terminate your access to vicina.info at any time for any reason. This web site's editors have the right of performing a line-editing role, ensuring that content is up to at least a minimal level of quality.
The Comment Submission Agreement
- You are responsible for your comments, and others may reply to them.
- Please limit your comments to the subject of the post on which you are commenting.
- Use a clear subject that describes what your message is about.
- Read other people's messages before posting your own to avoid simply duplicating what has already been said.
- Write clearly. Give details and specifics.
- Language and content should be appropriate for all ages. Indecent or offensive language may be rejected or edited.
- Tell the truth.
- Please be respectful of others' feelings. Be civil; no personal attacks are allowed.
- Please respect others' privacy and your own.
- Please do not post commercial messages.
